Hey Guys,

I'm planning a trip to L.A this summer in either July or August with my dad. Now there are some determining factors to see in which of those 2 months i will be in l.a

the major one is are there going to be any good shows to catch? (any vinnie possibly?)

If there any shows worth looking out for then i will come for those dates...i will be in l.a for about 10 days....i've just been looking at hotel rates and damn they are expensivE!!!!!

lol anyways..it would be great to meet some of you guys when i do come and thanks for your help

S.P-i'm in L.A right now and even if i don't know precisely who's gonna play when you're there,i can tell you that there's always sthg happening in L.A drumming wise.
Just as an example,last monday,i went to a jam session and Gerry brown was sitting behind the kit.
took a lesson with Mr holmes himself on thursday,went to the Baked potato yesterdsay and it was nothing less than:J.haslip,Gary Novak,Mitch Forman and Jeff Richman!!!
Can you believe that??Three great drummers in just a week!!???
There's even more to come:T.Bozzio,and Virgil this week at the B.P along with Tos Panos.
And finally,in a couple of weeks,Vinnie at yoshi's hopefully.
If evrything goes nice,i'll have seen some of the greatest players on the planet in a few weeks. [img]eek.gif[/img]

none of those schedules for those bars have the line ups for july and august months yet so i'll have to wait...are there any other shows that people know about that haven't been announced yet but that could be happening around that time?
